He advertised it as rebuilt with a one year warranty. There was a repair order from the shipper on the engine. It had not been rebuilt and when I called them they said that they would not sell suck a thing with a one year warranty.
My customer was buying a rebuilt engine as far as he knew and refused it when it showed up.I am stuck with a $16,000.00 engine and no one is returning my call. John is a lier and a very shady business man.

Cummins Signature 600 ISX-CPL 2834 - 600 HP - 2001 Rebuilt engine assembly with stand test time - Complete less starter/ alternator/ fan clutch - no core charge one year parts warranty.
This is the engine that I had purchase. What he sold me was an engine that had the no. 6 hole repaired, rod and main bearings installed and one cam replaced. This was on the original sellers repair order on the engine when it came. It also stated that the engine has 500,000 miles on it. Only the no. six hole repaired. No new water pump, turbo, valve job or injectors. I could pass on the injectors, but the rest is pretty standard.
John is still a lier and hasn't proven anything to me. I signed off on his quote. That is the only place my signature appears. The engine went straight to my customer and he is the one who refused to keep the engine, because he knows what a rebuilt engine is too. John seems to be the one confused.
I can send anyone a copy of Diesel Engine Exports quote to me. It is worded just as I said. He does say at the bottom in his fine print that "all sales are final". I guess John is not a lier 100% of the time.

Customer did want to return, but it was made clear that they received what was ordered and that all sales are final. This is why we have the invoices signed off on.
