The company known as Diet Patch, also may be known as my diet patch today, charged my credit card, two months after I had canceled a trial service. The person whom I spoke with two months ago was reluctant to give my cancellation number, when asked if he would email me a cancellation receipt he informed that they do not such things. At that moment I realized what kind of fraudulent company I was dealing with. Now two months later I get a package in the mail containing the diet patches. I checked my credit card and there was a new balance, with a charge of $89.97. I contacted my bank first, they informed that this particular company is one of the largest fraudulent companies that they deal with. All of their information is false. I have since gotten a new card, the charged disputed. I called the company and was put on hold for a hour. Guess they had other angry customers to deal with. I just want to warn people that even if you cancel your "trial membership" within the 14 days (I canceled within 4 days), that this company will still continue to charge you. They are petty thieves, attacking innocent individuals who may have one point believed in their product!

Customer Signed Up For Trial

AUTHOR: DietPatchToday - (United States of America)

Customer signed up for a 14 day trial, agreeing to the terms and conditions that they would be billed the full price if they did not
cancel before the 14 day trial period had ended.

Customer can see the last step of the order page here that shows the terms and conditions box is required to be checked (Also notice the condensed version of the terms to the left of the page as well):

www.dietpatchtoday.com/order.php

The full terms and conditions the customer agreed to are located here (They can also be clicked on on the order page, on the home page, and in the email sent to the customer after their trial order was placed):

www.dietpatchtoday.com/terms.htm

The customer was sent the 14 day trial and the product was delivered to the customer.

Customer did not cancel within the 14 days like agreed to if they did not want to pay for the product and was charged the full price for the product.

The trial period does begin on the order date and that is disclosed both on the order page, the terms and conditions that are required to be agreed to, on the main website, and a link to the terms and conditions are emailed to the customer with their order. We extend trials all the time for people who email or call in before the 14 day window has passed and are always happy to give customers more time to try the product.

We also allow customers to return the product if it is not used for a refund if that is what the customer wishes to do. We do not do anything that is not disclosed on our website, is required to be agreed to before placing an order, and is sent to the customer.

Dont waste your time

AUTHOR: V Jackson - (United States of America)

Stay away from Diet Patch company...they will offer a 14 day trial then charge you $89.97 before you the trial ends. When I called the company everyone is a manager, there is no one higher up, there isnt a corporation number and address, they have the worst customer service and they blame the customer for not having the right date for the end of the trial period.
