On April 21st I tried to call and find out why my account has not been credited, I could not get through on the phone. A detailed message came on saying there would be a hold time, then "one moment please" then the phone just rings and rings.
I let it ring for 1 hour..... no pick up or hold for next operator. I e-mailed them - no return E-mail - I tried to call this A.M. - Now the phone answers and says only "one moment please" then rings and rings.
This company also represents The AB Energizer. They us a different 1800# in the AD. Same bad service or just planned RIP-OFF
