When he got home I looked it up on the internet out of suspicion and sure enough it was a rip-off. Unfortunaltely, like myself, many of us don't check out the rip off report untill it's to late. These bastards are getting away with this crap all over the US. I hope this makes a difference. Wilmington is a small town so maybe they will be caught.
