Do not buy from Digital Depot Online! They use low prices to entice the buyer. After you purchase, they call you with the scam of they need the three digit code on the back of your credit card as they didn't get it. Your charge went through they don't need the code. They will then proceed to"upsale" you. However what they do is bait and switch. If you order one thing they will "upgrade" your order without your knowledge. Then when you receive it and you have the wrong product, they claim since they "upgraded you they cannot do a return. Also, if you challenge them, they become beligerent and rude to a point asking "are you finished". If you continue to push the issue, they state they will turn you over to a collection agency. They cannot do this as they have already charged your credit card. If you advise them you have read complaints about their company, they tell you "don't you dare do a complaint". Only then will you get an RMA #. Immediately they hang up on you. The problem with getting the RMA # is. There isn't an address on the invoice to do a return. Furthermore, there isn't an address on their website. How can this company stay in business with all of the complaints on line? I guess it is suckers like me that didn't research before they purchased. Buyer Beware.
