You can't cancel an order even though it hasn't shipped. Plus they have a re-stock fee which is very unusual.
In addition to being extremely rude, they operate an active bait and switch program.
I strongly recommend against doing any business with this company!

I just has to file a BBB report against them. I suggest doing the same plus their emails list that they have 4.5 & 5 star ratings with resellerratings.com I highly recommend hitting that site too. You will have to look it up by seaching manually "store" then alphabet. I think they end up being on page 29.
