I ordered a Canon Powershot SX50 and after a week I didn't see a charge against my CC plus didn't get a tracking#.  After reading other issues about this company on this website I went back and reviewed notes on the camera on their website and in the 'fine' print found out the product was NOT a USA product but an import that couldn't not be registered with Canon for the warranty.

 I called them back to cancel order and they said they could switch out to a USA model but it would be $50 more.  I said no thank you, but they convinced me they would send the product within 7  days instead of the 10-15 days standard (at NO extra charge) and include an fast charger and an extra capacity battery.

When I called back 3 days later they said they couldn't give me a tracking# until it was 3 days from delivery (supposedly to stop theft from people redirecting the package).  

I called the next day and this time they said they could give me a tracking # until it was one day from me receiving the product.  What I did notice on my CC bill was it seemed they were waiting for the charge to clear.

The next day when I called they were not nice and said " you have called several times before and we will give you the tracking number when we have it".

Two days later the tracking number appeared on their website, and when I looked it up with UPS it had just been written up and hadn't even left their shop yet.  

It took another 7 days to reach me.  They knowing lied to me each and every time I talked to them.

When I finally got the camera it did NOT have the extra capacity battery or a fast charger.  It had what can with the box from Canon.  So they lied about the product they were sending as well and the delivery.

Do not trust these folks, do no purchase from them.  There are many other (as I later found out) reputable dealers on the internet.  

Read the website before you purchase.  I sure learned my lesson.....
