Digital Juice Took No Responsibility for Missing Product Disclosure Lake Mary, Florida

Caveat emptor... Digital Juice provides some video technology at a low price, but there are flies in the anointment as the saying goes. No phone support and scandalous sales policies are the big problems. Our studio purchased a DSLR Master Rig which works with most DLSR cameras. As most of us know, the manufacturer or reseller is responsible for full disclosure of a products details and/or inherit limitations. Immediately after the order, we noted by study of a product photo, that the hot shoe accessory is not accessible when the carry handle is used. That is a deal breaker for our studio. We quickly called Digital Juice and verified the limitation, and the Digital Juice chat person acknowledged the limitation less any website copy supporting it. While the order was not yet complete, Digital Juice still charged a 10% restocking fee ($90) for their failure to communicate the products limitations! Digital Juice refused any concessions initially, despite their failure to provide adequate details in the website copy regarding product limitations. Additionally, the DSLR Master Rig design obviously did not take into account some essential functions, resulting in a flaw of product design.

If you are considering any purchase with Digital Juice, be careful to examine the fine print and the lack of product details. Digital Juice will not accept any responsibility, but assert that the buyer is the party in error. If you buy a DSLR Master Rig, Sharp Shooter, Helios Lighting Kit, Flag Kit, Butterfly Bundle, or any other self-promoted product designed by Digital Juice, you may find yourself as we did, an end buyer denied of acceptable transaction integrity due to Digital Juice not properly planning their products design and sales copy.
