I ordered a camera and some accessories and then received an email to contact them. The salesman told me they don't take American Express so I gave him a Visa (should have been the first clue). He then asked why I was ordering T2i which I will have to buy a battery for and not the T3. I tried to explained but he told me that the T3 camera he suggested is the replacement for the T2i and is better and it comes with the battery.
I told him that I would like to read some reviews on the T3 first. He told me that he would change my order and if I wanted change it back to the original order, just give him a call. Since they close at 5:00 I had to call them the next day to change back to my original order since it had much better reviews.
This is when it all started, the first salesman told me it was already shipped, the 2nd salesman put me on hold for 20 minutes just to explain to another salesman and then get put on hold again for 30 minutes. He really started getting rude so after conversing with him for another 5 minutes I finally said just cancel my order and I will take my business somewhere else. He said that would be the best thing to do and that he would take me out of their system and refund my money.
They were suppose to refund $559.97 and only refunded $519.98.
The items were never shipped or received and they charged me $39. I have tried to contact them but they will not respond. I would like to see this company put out of business. Don't let them fool you when they respond to this email and say that this is not their company, the Better Business Bureau has this company and the alias under suspicion and over 160 complaint's.
Let's just keep complaining and these guys will disappear, hopefully behind bars.
