The company (CCT) was forced to shut down and is no longer in business. During the transition, every attempt was made to assist customers who had outstanding service issues. This client could not be helped, was owed services, and was listed as a creditor during the proceedings. It is un-fortunate that due to record keeping issues, and due to the actions of former employees, the company closed before it could help the individual who filed this report. Any communication regarding the closure was sent to senior management, as is required by Federal Law.
