I ordered an android tablet on 31st October 2012, paid through my debit card, butnever received any conformation of delivery, so contacted customer services 3 weeks later, they said it was out of stock, this was funny because they were still advertising it at 37-00 more, they denied this, so I re-ordered another at an equivalent price to what I had paid, I have not received a conformation of either the order or delivery, I have tried on numerous occasions to contact customer services, but my emails were unanswered, then came back as undeliverable, I started writing posts on their forum, but after several posts, I was banned from writing any more, I have now created a website

Besides, we would compensate you the value of the order you paid, not the price the item increased. Would you please think it in this way, if the price decreased, then we compensate you for the value lower than you paid, you would not be accept it, right?

You ask me to see it your way? but you don't seem to grasp the concept, when my order was placed, the item in question, had a value, and any other item of a similar type, had a similar value, when, weeks later, you decided my item was out of stock, even though the item was still advertised, at an increased value, all other items of a similar type were also increased in price, so therefore, the initial value that you offered as compensation, would not purchase an item of a similar type to the one originally ordered, it would only purchase an inferior type.
You are supposed to be a business, but you cannot grasp basic economics.

After receiving a series of telephone calls, from Dinodirect, in the middle of the night, may I say, I have reluctantly agreed to accept an inferior product than the one I ordered, just because I am completely fed up of waiting, it is now 56 days since my initial order was placed, so much for customer service, I am very unhappy at the way I have been treated by this company, the product I will be receiving as a replacement is inferior in every way to the one ordered, it is only 8gig rather than 16gig, but that is only one issue, the initial product, was increased in price from 85.89 ($139.02) 95.97 ($155.29) total invoice with shipping and packaging, to 107.39 ($166.99), after my order was placed, so I believe I should be allowed at least the 107.39 ($166.99) plus shipping and packing, approx $172 value for a replacement, that is not taking into account any compensation, interest on my money that they have had for 56 days, or good will on behalf of Dinodirect, for the inconvenience but all they would offer me was a replacement to the value of $150,I will never have any dealings with this company again, and will use all social media, as well as all the rip off sites on the internet, to discourage as many people I can, from using the company, I cannot think of one good thing to say about them, I am also copying this email to the company.

45 Days and Counting

When can I expect to hear that my order has been prepared, and shipped? it is already 45 days since my order was placed, I have been told that my order has been prioritized, which, by my definition means placed in a position of importance, I hope, therefore for a timely resolution, and not another 45 day wait.

Of course I want to keep the order, this is another delaying tactic, every day you send another email with another stupid question, instead of just despatching the order, if you had not asked the stupid questions in the first place, I might have had my order on time.
So just send the order, and send me an email saying it has been despatched, along with a tracking number.

You Still Know Who I Am, And I Will Not Go Away

It is OK you asking me to close the dispute, but the dispute is not over, I still haven't even received conformation of despatch, never mind the goods, when I receive the goods, in perfect working order, I will certainly close the dispute, but not until then, I will also inform, (Richard FU) for  Chief Executive Consumer Council, Hong Kong, Luke @ Citizens Advice consumer service, UK and  Criminal Records Bureau Hong Kong Police Force, of the dispute being resolved.

I feel that I have been treated in a very disrespectful manner by your company, from the day I placed my order, and paid for the goods, and feel that some form of compensation is warranted, from my first email to your customer service department, I warned that I would not let the issue go without a fight, but was fobbed off with excuses.

If I receive my goods before Christmas, as I have said before, this was a gift for my Grandsons Birthday, now to be his Christmas gift, and some form of compensation, I will end the dispute, and even place a positive feedback on customer forum, but not before.

You Know Who I Am

Order number 95925651-DD was placed 41 days ago, this is a gift for my grandson's birthday, which is on the 18th of December, I have been passed from pillar to post on this issue, all I want is the tablet delivering in time for his birthday, I paid for DHL delivery, which is 3-7 days, not 41, I am not asking for the earth moving, only for what I paid for, but I will not be fobbed off, I have made complaints to trading standards in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong  http://www.consumer.org.hk/website/ws_en/complaints_and_advices/how_to_complain/howtocomplain.html
