I contacted their customer service only to then be ignored. As i sat and waited for a reply via live chat, over 30 minutes went by with no reply, then i get, welcome to dinodirect.. i tell them my issue, then they disconnect me. I have lost out on quite alot of money, and people around the world need to know this company is bad news! Simply google "Dinodirect Scam" and look at all of the search results and websites of people around the world with similar problems!
