I was in a bit of a bind and needed to get a fake diploma and transcript set. While searching for "fake diploma" on Google I can across DiplomaOne, a website that claimed to be an independent fake diploma review site.
The site looked pretty good and there was a lot of information on it which at the time looked legit. They have a "Ranking System" page where they review all of the major fake diploma websites based on quality, service, etc.
According to DiplomaOne's ranking system, only one fake diploma site, ND-Center.com achieved an "A" ranking with an overall score of 76. No one else was really close in the rankings - only one other site even got a "B" and they gave everyone else a grade of "C" or "D".
So on DiplomaOne's recommendation I went to http://www.ND-Center.com and purchased a fake diploma and fake transcript which cost a bit over $400 - which is A LOT of money but I wasn't worried because of the great reviews on DiplomaOne.
Well, turns out I should have worried!! Not only did I not get a great product, I got nothing! And it's been over one month now!!! Unfortunately I do not have a credit card and had to pay by Western Union so I have no way to dispute the charge or recover my money!
Emails to ND-Center and DiplomaOne do not get a response and neither website has any real contact information!! DiplomaOne is registered to some guy by the name of John Kerstein in Stockholm Sweden and there is no phone number or other contact method other than email. Same for ND-Center.com, they are registered overseas and there is no phone number or any contact method other than email or chat.
Since then I've been doing some research and from looking around it appears that DiplomaOne is ran by ND-Center, which explains why they are the only site that got an "A" ranking!!! I should have known better but it all looked legit. Of course both sites claim to be independent and not affiliated with each other, but then again, why would you tell people your review site is fake when you are just trying to cheat people out of their money??
They are very clever and do a good job of hiding it but DIPLOMAONE is a bogus fake diploma review site OPERATED by ND-CENTER.com!!

There is no contact number and the only way to contact Diploma Center is through an e-mail address "sales@nd-center.com" . That's not good enough!
I paid via Western Union which makes it impossible to get a refund. I wish I found this report first before I made my payment and lost my money.
If they are a trustworthy vendor they would publish their contact information, by means of address and/or Land line phone number. I wish I could call them during normal business hours and speak with someone so they can handle my questions. The fact of the matter is they make a very attractive site to lure you in with their fake promises.
My advice to anyone who would like to buy a novelty diploma is to find out what form of payment the site accepts? If they can accept credit cards, that means the bank has done a background search. Visa and MasterCard will also require detailed business documentation.
Please don't make the same mistake. Make sure you can truly trust the vendor before sending any money. I'm so grateful to ripoff report for creating a website where the consumer can fight back.

Looks like you got scammed before you could scam someone else with a fake diploma and transcript. You may want to go for your Masters or Doctorate if the money holds.

We at nd-center.com would like to issue an official rebuttal with regards to the details published in this report.
And we would like to categorically state that we are in no-way affiliated with this website called diplomaone.com we have no idea who runs this website but we would like to take this opportunity to officially make a request to the owners of diplomaone.com to remove the review of our site as we have no confidence in these types of sites.
With regards to the complaint made by this alleged customer, we have checked our records and all orders shipped to Indiana in the last 6 months have been accounted for and we have with us proof of delivery for each of these packages, which are delivered through a courier such as FedEx or DHL.
To further investigate this issue we need your order details in particular your email address, with this information we can definitely convey to you the exact date the shipment was sent and when it was delivered.
We must admit that sometimes order delays do happen due to a large backlog of orders, but please note that all orders are shipped and if your order is delayed we will send you extra copies of the ordered items to compensate for the delay.
So please send us your email address immediately so that we can resolve this issue, we would like to also state that without a valid order id and email address this claim is likely to be bogus and made by a competitor to discredit our company.
We hope to hear from you soon with the required information so that this matter can be resolved asap.
