DirecTV false advertising greenwood village colorado

DirecTv admitted that they had not told me that there was a two year contract/agreement which is exactly why they have a class action lawsuit in California against them and why 10 or more states attorney generals have sued them and settled out of court with them.  Yet, they continue to commit this fraudulent activity over and over again.. a thousand times fold. 

I complained that I did not get the Nasa Channel when I signed up with DirectV and that I was provided with “false” advertising. In order to hide their crime, DirectV sent  information from their website which had clearing been changed/updated to reflect my complaint. This did not solve my concerns with DirectV. I did not have access to the internet when I signed up with DirectV. I provided you with a true and exact copy of what I was given when they came to my home. See attached. As you can see , DirectV provided me with false advertising. I still have a true and exact copy of this pamphlet.

I was without access to the NASA channel for over 5 months. During that 5 months I was charged for services I clearly was not getting. I demanded a credit which to date I have not received.

DirectV also stopped my subscription and then charged me for 4 months of DirectV when I not only had no DirectV access not only did I not have DirectV access, I had no access to local channels as required by law.

DirectV is a huge bad company that needs to be shut down...
