cancelled a week after I received the Free trial that I also paid
$7.95. When I cancelled, I specifically asked if I needed to pay for
anything or return anything and I was told no that my account would
never be charged other than the $7.95. I find out today that not only
did the tell me I had two choices, to keep the products and only be
charged $39.95 OR I can return the 3 bottles that I received for my Free
trial and pay for additional s & h and tracking so I can make sure
it gets there. None of this was ever told to me by their cancellation
dept employee and since they have my credit card, they charged my
account. What a rip off! When I asked for a supervisor, I was told there
isn't one. When I asked to talk to the owners so they would know that
this is not good business, they told me that I should have listen to the
recording when I ordered....horrendous business ethics.

Maybe things have changed, but the recording was clear. It said when I ordered that if I am not satisfied, I had to return the used and unused bottles but could keep the free gift. It then said it would charge me $39.95 twice if I kept the free trail and $39.95 every two months til I cancelled. It was very clear and though there was a push to join something else, I simply replied no and that was that. Guess time will tell.
