On 9/14/12 I found out that I am a victom of identity Theft, when going through the history of my bank accounts, I found that $39.95 was withdrawn from my checking account on 2/7/11, 3/9/11,4/7/11, and the name of the company was Direct Benefit Group. I called the phone number 1-800-284-7112 but it says there is no service
