I then went after Direct Buy to get my $990.00 back. They started by giving me back $500.00. I had received a letter from the Attorney Generals offices regarding this matter so I again sent a letter to Direct Buy with a copy of the letter. 2 weeks later (today) I went to my mail box and there was the rest of my money $490.00. I received 100% of all my money back..So don't give up you can do it to.
