You will find that they have lead you to believe a ton of parts are covered-but they dont really disclose that clearly. For instance normal wear isnt covered. So that steering component (ball joint) that the front page lists as covered IN BOLD PRINT really isnt due to the fine print clause that the salesman didnt really disclose very well when you asked him; whats covered? Also the refund amount seems very very low to me. The refund amount also is NOT made available to you untill its too late to change your mind (should you wish to). It is disclosed only AFTER you have committed to saying Yes to their termination agreement. All seems very shady to me! It should be noted that I have not received my refund yet as I just filed for it two days ago. If I have any troubles getting it, I will update this report.
