Direct Commerce Academy dcabiz.com does not exist; ripped off for $138.67; $2.50 visa charge; $33.00 NSF fee as canceled on line or thought I did when I called 1-800-396-4039 whoever answers the phone does not tell you who, Internet

I saw an ad in my local newpaper about a Salem, OR woman who works from home and made lots of extra money, and since she was local, thought I would try this.    I noticed my bank account was overdrawn on 10/28/10, I called 800 396-4039 talked to a rude person, who told me I had a 5 day free trial, it has expired so was charged the monthly fee, asked what monthly fee for what, was told what I signed up for, tried to explain I did not receive any information regarding this and about 15 minutes of signing up, I thought I had cancelled this, he asked if I received an email confirming, told him no, not in junk or spam either. 

Says "not his problem if you had read the disclosure it would of told you I would have to call to cancel", so would cancel today.     19/29/10 called again, talked to another person, who was not as rude, explained what happened, says they have a "no refund policy", and nothing he can do.   I will be filing a complaint with my Attorney General's Consumer Protection Agency, who has a very good track record of getting so called Company's from ever doing business again in the State of Oregon.  Iam out $138.67 for scam; $2.50 visa fee; $33.00 for NSF which I haven't had in over 35 years.
