I ordered a free trial kit from Direct E Cig and paid shipping and handling. The product had no instructions and was not worth it's advertising value. I did not order any further purchasing of this product. Today, Direct E Cig charged my checking account $109.90 for future purchases. This is an outrage and certainly not an authorized charge from me. This amount caused my account to be overdrawn. The company will not respond to my complaint and the on-line contact form to reach them does not work. This is truly a scam.
