It took weeks to get my order, when I called they said it takes two weeks to process which does not include the shipping time. Ordered in late April received in last weeks of May.
Plants were unrecognizable because of mold.
Replacement policy says you must return the original shipping label in order to qualify. That was ok when I requested new blue fescue and garlic bulbs, but since then the blue oat grasss has rotted and died since planting, plants were in bad shape when I received them. Now I don't know how to get a refund since original label was already returned earlier.
Plants that I ordered were so small that there was no way they would ever had grown.
Would never recommend this company to anyone, on the contrary would tell everyone I know who gardens to not buy from Direct Gardening.

called to ask for refund

I contacted them again today to ask for a full refund but since it has been more than 14 days (it has been 16 days) they refuse to send a refund, only way to get a refund is if the plants are returned, kind of hard to return garlic and rhubarb which has rotted and grasses are unable to be located because they were so small that they could not even be located after planting.
