They dont return any calls. Take their own time to move on any claim. They try to pass the buck to other people and never get any work done or treat you with respect.
Direct Insurance has lied, not cared and put my claim on the back burner. This is the first time I have had Direct and it will be my last, they are the worst insurance agency I have ever had.
