Direct TV Century Link and Direct TV Misleading, Defaults Contract Fort Myers Florida

Century Link offered a "package deal" upon ordering service; Phone, Wifi, Cable for $120 a month for three years. Cable would be provided by Direct TV. For the past year my bill was $120 maybe once. DirectTV overbills and won't make adjustments to honor their contract. Many phonecalls were made requesting them to honor their contract to no avail. So I cancelled my conctract. Took 3 days of waiting over 20 minutes on the phone for them to process my cancellation and a 45 minute lecture from their representative telling me not to cancel and that they viewed my greviance was not their fault but Century Link and Century Link blamed it on Direct TV. Now Century Link won't credit my account for a month of service I did not receive due to cancellation. They handled the billing for this "package deal". And I got an additional bill from Direct TV for $20 amonth until the end of the contract totaling $200. Never accept a "package deal", big mistake. Wenchhandle Fort Myers, Florida.
