What does the contract you signed say about cancelling service?
AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

You have read it....right?
No, I don't work for them, I just don't know why people sign agreements and then attempt to change them later.
"THEY SAID I DID NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT AND I WOULD BE BILLED $ 255 TO TERMINATE SERVICES."
Wrong, they told you there is a penalty for terminating before the term of the agreement you signed is up.
How much did your bill go up and was it because you were on a promotional that ran out?
How many channels did your service decrease and why?
