Direct TV Direct TV has the worst customer service, ever. They must be so big they do not care about letting a customer to speak with a rep/agent.When you call their number all you get is a recording and no access to a live person. Finally, I looked them up on the Direct TV Con-gamer and Thieves Salt Lake City, UT Nationwide

This company fails to correct their billing erors. They hide the ability to speak to a customer service rep by a revolving request for money. They will screw you as they did our family for hundreds of dolloars then claim the issues are ours and not theirs.
