We started Directtv June 2011 in Prosser WA. Paid $ 200.00 to start service, we then moved to Kennewick Wa and were told that we needed to pay 200.00 to move the service.
I think we paid 99.00 to restart service, then my wife got very sick as she has lupus. We heard of a clinical trial for people with this Autoimunne desease, so we moved back to California Sept 2012, Moved with our daughters and we told Directv to put the account on hold until we got our own place.
They started to bill us in April 2013 for service when we had no service, we finally got our own apt. We called Drectv to restart service they removed the charges of 135.00 they were charging us in April 2013.
So we paid $ 75.00 on 7-5-2013 to start new service again they wanted $ 200 .00 because we moved back to california, finally agreed on $99.00. So that was going to be billed, the technician could not install since landlord did not want dish on the roof.
I called them to get the $ 75.00 we paid to restart service plus the rest of our deposit which I figure to be $ 125.00 and they just give me the run around. We just want our money back from this company with deceptive practice is how they operate 2013-07-15
