Direct merchants Bank ripoff dishonest evil dirt bags false promises fraudulent Baltimore Maryland

i was in best bye one day first i called on home phone to see credit amount was it was 1000.oowell i went to store and while i stood in the store without buying anything my balance went down two times.i went to buy a computer the young man that rang up my purchase said ididnt have enough on the card so he sent me to another person that was checking to see what went wrong .

because my limit had dropped down to 900.oo and something while i stood the as the person rang the comp up so i go to the other person and the same thing happened with her.my credit limit went down to 800.00.

so the manager called company and they said it had nothing to do with them.mind you i left my house to go to the store which is only 10 minutes away and my credit limit dropped 2 times while i was in the store and didnt buy anything yet i was emmbarassed and payed the remander cash got home called them. a women from directs told me i shouldnt use my card instead of listening to what happened .she said it was my own fault
