We visited DirectBuy warehouse and were given an incentive for visiting. The company they use to process these incentives is crooked. This company is Infinity Incentive Group. The major problem is that even though lots of people have told DirectBuy about their problems with Infinity, DirectBuy still continues to do business with Infinity. DirectBuy does not seem to be worried that they are being given an extremely bad name for the business practices of their business partner. Even though we told DirectBuy to never contact us again based on our experience, they continue to do so. To us this is harrassment. We would either like to have our "free" vacation-this means one without fees or handling charges- or take our name off their mailing lists forever.
