It started with not getting a withdrawal 3 months ago...I tried to withdraw money from an ATM and did not get the money. It has been a nightmare trying to get ahold of anyone. So at this point I gave up.

I went and got a credit union account so I can get direct deposit into that instead. Comerica charges 75 cents for a paper statement andf doesnt have information about your true account numbers or routing numbers....it does not show who is charging things on your account either just simple and sloppy reporting statements...amount charged....amount paid and fee's...isn't that illegal?

So back to the direct deposit and wanting more control over my finances, I called Social Security to change the information...first they said I need an account number and routing number of my current transaction...since I cant give it to them I have to go an hour away to a local office and prove who I am ? OK? How is this going to get my routing numbers and account numbers? and why would they have this information after proving who I am over the phone....at the local office..and if they don't have this information and since direct express is impossible tog et help from...how am I supposed to GET that information...two standards here...this is not tolerated by regular banking standards at all..you have the right for any financial information that is in your name...we are being blocked from fair banking practices...I have zero control over my finances now..and am at the mercy of a bank who gives a crap about who I am...and how I lost money...something needs to be done in this country to protect the disabled better...but since the current state of public opinion about disabled etc I have little hope anyone gives a crap about us....
