I've had DirectTV since the end of December. I ordered caller ID for phone and TV. It worked the first day and then didn't. I have written numerous times, called several times and am told the same thing. I'm told the tech people are working on it and they have no idea when it will be back up. In the meantime, I've missed important calls, and have no idea who is calling in. I specifically stated to the person when ordering that this service is important to me and continue to get the run around. Awful service ! I am being charged for it since that date and do not even have the service. The choices in this area for any type of service like this is awful. If I switch to another company, same crummy service and other issues.
