Directional Concepts, Inc ,HD Staffing, Inc They don't pay their employees! Tustin California

I started working for HD Staffing on 3/8/08 and was expecting a paycheck on 3/21, which I didn't get.
I complaint to the manager, which in return told me that it would be fixed on the following payroll date, which was on 4/4.

On 4/4 I was expecting my paycheck and still didn't it.
On 4/18 I received a paycheck with 2 days on it.
I emailed a payroll form and was told I would get the check on 5/2.

As of today,I am still waiting for the rest of my money and was told it would be in the next payroll, which is going to be now on 5/16.I talked to them, emailed them, and it doesn't seems to matter to them that they don't pay their employees. There is not much you can do, but just wait.I called the labor board and am waiting for an answer from them.

This company never have a paycheck right, or they forget to pay. They don't care about their employees.
