Ok, this is how it happened.I stopped paying on Directv because i moved in with my parents and they had cable so ,i did't need directv anymore.So now i had this big bill i returned the receiver and remote so i would be charged more,then me and my son went out to eat and i went to go pay and did'nt have any money on my debit card i called  the number on my card to find out what happed and i was shocked.Directv took all my money.

No - when the tech comes out and installs the equipment he/she explains the agreement to you.  I have had this service for a long time and I know what I read/signed when presented to me.  Grow up and take responsibility for your actions.

When you signed the paperwork for your Dish Network...

YOU agreed to a 2 year contract with a pro-rated cancellation fee.

YOU also agreed that the credit/debit card you used to get the service would be charged for any amounts owed them.

Guess you STILL haven't read what you signed.
