Directv stole money from my bank account Greenwood Village Colorado

I discontinued my services in July 2013 because we were moving. I told them that if there was an outstanding balance then to please send it to my new address along with the boxes to send equipment back. The account balance should have been zero since they prorate their bills.  I never received a bill.  The first week of September the boxes for my equipment were sent to my old address. On September 19, 2013 Directv charge $392.30 to my checking account. When i called Directv about charge they gave me my new address that they had on file. I was told that my account was Closed on August 29th. I told them that it was closed in July but regardless of the date a closed account means no transaction should occur.  The representative stated "I meant to say your account was sent to collections on August the 29th." I then told the representative, that online that it said it was a writeoff reversal. He told me to hold a minute and and came back and said, "Yes it sure does." So I told him that that meant there should be no balance and he said, "Thats correct." I asked him if he was going to fix that on my account page and he said yes. The account balance showing was $825.00.

Well after hanging up with rep and waiting a few minutes, when I pulledup my account it said still owing $825.00. I was unable to pull up any information on my account to show what these charges are for. 

On 9/21/13, I get a message stating that Directv took $100.00 from my bank account. I called Directv again and a lady answered and when i inquired about the the charges, she told me to calm down and she would transfer me to her supervisor. I told her to go ahead because that is who I needed to talk to anyway.  She hung up on me.
