Directv Roberto I order a pay per view program for 49.95 and went to watch it in a different room so they charge me another 49.95 for the same program same day and same house. Lake Elsinore, California

Just want to let you know that directv is a ripoff because they over charge for everything they offer

I just had a bad experience with them I order a pay per view event on one of my receivers then I went to finish watching it in a different room so they charge 49.95 twice. They say they are not going to refund my money back because I order twice but it was same show, same day and obviously same house. So I end up paying 99.90 for a show that it was only 49.95. I tried to talk to them about this matter but they say that I am responsible for what I do but they never explain that to me when i sign up with them, I new with directv and I wish I could just disconnec they're service but I can't because I sign a contract for 2 years.
