Directv Lied about services Internet
The next morning, after calming down I called customer service and asked if I could just keep my service and get genies and I would pay the extra cost. The 3rd csr said that would be fine and would reactivate my account. She said I would need to speak with a different department to get my receivers after being on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes I was tranferred to yet another department. This csr told me I would have to pay $400 for my genies. I tried to explain to her that I was supposed to receive them with my original order and should not be charged she had no explanation and would not correct the error.
I was treated very unfairly and charged for services I never received. Directv should change their methods and take responsibility for their own mistakes. I would not recommend directv to anyone unless they like being on the phone for days and getting the run around from every csr
