i was under contract for 18 months after 16 months i was charged 12 dollars above regular price i pd for 4 months of service which i have not gotten credit for yet. billing say i signed for 18 months after 16 i get regular price ,see ads i was charged over the reg price. now i am cut off no reason given bill refuse to grant and hounor the 24 months that the corporate office granted. plus corporate office granted me the 2 free months which ended in dec of 2009 nov and dec are free billing never credit at half price 4 months of no service that i paided for. never gave me the 3 free months of 28 movie channels then i moved they never honour that eaither for moveing they now charge me if i want local channels no reason given it was free no service its free . plus now no reason i get cut off no email, then when i move i had to bring my dish they lie about that. i was cut off by mistake for a month no credit. directv charged me numerous time over 70 dollars i ask why no answer no credit i ask for a service call set up they never reply. if after this you agree me me write to me then i will go to the attroney general office. directv refuse to reknew contract also no reason given plus no reason why i am locked out of my account no reason when i ask for a detailed bill on payments credits and what was paided all late fees .they had 6 monts to do all this no reply. i alredy contacted the b.b.b. the f.c.c. you now next attroney general office
