My system was down more than it was up. One failure after another and hours on the phone.The last phone contact with Direcway the account manager listened to my frustrations and excused her self for several minutes when she returned she explained that she would be able to terminate my account now. I did not feel good about the time lapse, so I checked my credit card which they had charge on during our conversation. I called the credit card and cancelled the account.
To my suprise I received a letter in the mail several months later explaining that my service will be discontinued if I do not send $263.00. My service has been shut down for several months. I responded to the email address supplied and they told me to contact tech support.What a suprise again customer no service.
Does anyone in the Hughes Network system want to talk about this?
This is a total rip off.
