This company has a website that doesn't list the parts that they say they have available via the phone. I order a mirror for the driver's side of my car on a Tuesday! The automatic email sent said I would receive tracking information in 48 hours. They also authorized my credit card three times, which could have been bad if I was low in my account, but luckily I had just got paid. By Friday I had not received the tracking number so I contacted them and they said they would expedite it, so I got an email with tracking number that day. I click on it and FedEx shows pending information to be coming from the warehouse, meaning they printed a label out online and never took it to FedEx or had FedEx pick it up. So now I had to wait till Monday to find out when it would be delivered. I contacted FedEx first, they said they didn't get it yet. I contacted the company again and they said it could be another 48 hours before they shipped it. The next day Tuesday there was an email that it had shipped and since the location was very close to my house, I got the part around 12pm. I opened the box to find out it was for the passenger side mirror. I looked on the side of box it shows that it's for the driver's side with power. I also reviewed my email to make sure I didn't make the mistake. Sure enough all information that I had and even the side of the box shows the part I needed, just the box contained a completely different part. The invoice inside matched the part number on my email receipt as well as the part number that they slapped on the box with the correct description. The Refund lady argued with me that the part was correct, after I already talked to the parts department and they told me, that the warehouse surely did mess up and sent the right part. So the refund lady said she would give me a refund and send instructions to ship back. I got the email 48 hours later to find out, they were not refunding the shipping nor did they provide a shipping document to send the part back. Also they were sold out of the part I needed and said it would take 3 weeks to 9 weeks to get more of them. I ended up ordering from carid.com, ordered by phone and the guy actually matched the price, made sure the part would be shipped from the closest warehouse to where I live. I already have a tracking number and it will arrive on Monday! So if you need car part avoid discount mirrors.com and order from carid.com and if you find a cheaper price on another side, they will actually beat the price with a further discount.
