Discount Chairs Larry Hoffman SCAM ARTIST! Took my money, never shipped tables/chairs, gave bogus shipping numbers, wont answer calls or emails Van Nuys, California

The seller, Larry Hoffman's rebuttal is incorrect.  Yes, the 2000 chairs was incorrect on my part - it was a misprint which I had not noticed at the time I wrote the complaint.  However... His rebuttal states that as of March 13th that I had received 204 chairs and 20 tables - here are the Facts!  I received 180 chairs on March 22, 2013; I received 20 tables on April 17th and I received 24 chairs on April 24th.  SO as of March 13, I had not received any of the items I had ordered on February 4, 2013.  I have all tracking numbers thru Custom Companies to prove all delivery dates of the above items.  31172030, 31171962 and 31172056 should you need any verification. 

Larry Hoffman stated that as of the date I had filed the original report that I had already received the 180 chairs - that is not so.  The date of my original complaint was on 3/13/2013 at 1:43:27, I did not receive ANY chairs until 3/22/2013. HE also states that he mailed a check for the remaining tables and cost I was out on rentals, as of today I still have not received a check from him! 

I want consumers to be aware of the deception of this man.  Unless you have time for lies, excuses and ALOT of headaches, DO NOT order from this man or any of his companies.  It took me nearly 3 full months to get the items I ordered.  I was continually lied to, given bogus shipping numbers, told items had shipped when they infact had not and I have the emails, voice messages and call recording to back up any and ALL of my statements in regards to dealing with Larry. Check the facts!

And remember, this is on an order that clearly states on the invoice that ALL items were in stock - and it took nearly 3 months to get most of what I ordered. Still waiting to see if I receive that refund for the remaining items.
