Our large check clearedCONFIRMED.After steamed phone calls, received part of our order.Burman said I'd get the $65K SHOW.Doesn't even call anymore.Calls/Cajoles until he gets you w/BIG ORDER, then the BIG TROUBLE begins.Reported to FBI,BBB&AG(CA).Because the price of gold & silver has gone down since I 'bought' from him, I told him he could take THE MONEY I sent to him, call Monex, get my metals from them,have the metals shipped to me & keep the diff.He can't do it 'cause he no longer has my money'.I told him I would sue him&WILL.
Last conversation,I told him I thought he was going to "run off with my $",&he never said he "wasn"t")? BURMAN relishes talking to people that he thinks won't sue;people he thinks he can talk down to;people in the hospital;/shut-ins/;timid people he thinks he can out-manouver,ridiculous(TRUSTING)people like me that trusted DGB, because of LEE DAYER.He is the former owner I was comfortable with. I believe Lee has been driven from the company by Mike.Last time I talked to Lee, he was trying to figure out how to go PUBLIC. THEN, he went AWOL & Mike (BURMAN) appears.

Discount Gold Brokers needs to be SHUT DOWN and the owner in JAIL. Print off a copy of all of these reports and send them to where ever discount brokers advertises. Whoever takes his advertising money and promotes this company on their form of media needs to know about what this company is doing. This Guy needs to be in jail. I wonder if the attorney general in California is willing to put on his man boots and go after this guy.
I encourage anybody to print off this report and fax it to the attorney general let's see if the Atty. Gen. in California has a set of balls. Why do the taxpayers pay for the attorney general salary if they are not willing to do anything ?
It's time this guy get put out of business PERIOD !!! This Friday I will spend a minimum of eight hours on the Internet to expose this guy with Atty. Gen.'s and the attorney general for the United States of America it's time we put this circus clown out of business

I dug further and discovered that we have recently issued an enforcement action against Discount Gold Brokers, Inc., on April 15 of last year. The “Desist & Refrain” order prohibits further sale of commodities to California customers. Please feel free to advertise the order against the company as you see fit. As for current customers with grievances, the best advice I can give is for individuals to file a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight so that we can further our official investigation into the company. Our complaints page is at dbo.ca.gov/Consumers/consumer_services.asp.
