First promised delivery within 2 weeks, then after I called. they said I was mistaken and it would be 6-8 weeks. After 6 weeks with no delivery, I called and they told me it was 10-12 weeks. After 12 weeks, I called to tell them I would have to take some kind of consumer action if it wasn't delivered as promised--he ranted for at least a minute about the fact that they "have been in business for 37+ years, and there is nobody who has not received their shipment!" I told him that I had been researching online--and there were people who had not received shipment . . . ." Then he hung up on me.
Mike Berman called soon after (Jan 15) and promised to send shipment in two installments: one next week and one the week after. We'll see.
