--- Called 4 days later requesting delivery date and proof of purchase. Was told AMEX was not acceptable and I should send check.
--- Check was received and acknowledged as having cleared the bank 8 days after original purchase.
--- Called numerous times re. delivery, was eventually told it will take "2-8 weeks"
--- 71 days (10 weeks) after original purchase I was told I would receive "tracking # for first of two shipments next week."
--- that "next week passed with no action.
--- 81 days after original purchase I called the person who originally sold me the gold, requested delivery, and was promised that he would check into the matter and call right back.
--- 24 hours have passed since, and still no word.
I do not recommend that company to any investor.
