This website is a complete ripoff, at first the general public may see it as a great deal. Although, I recommend you stay far from this website and seller. I've purchased a digital slr camera from this website on 1/17/2013. 3 days after that, the status that was given on paypal as well as the website said *shipped*. So I waited, and waited...and waited. Now today it is 2/9/2013 and I still haven't received my order. Although lets backtrack a bit... Ok so they said it was shipped right? By UPS, one thing I know about UPS is they virtually always provide a tracking code even if its not some super detailed tracking its something much better than nothing. However the tracking code provided by this website doesn't even resemble a UPS tracking number. Instead its just 3 digits with words stating "We will update tracking on your paypal email with order #". So this first off explains the waiting, I hoped and assumed after a minimum of a week, they would update it to an actual tracking number, but no. Only recently have begun taking this issue to the next level. This isn't the only problem, unfortunately I was too in a hurry on my order to analyse the big flaws with this website/company. They don't even provide an e-mail to contact on their website. Only way you're going to find out who to contact(if it even matters) would be to do a whois lookup on the domain name or to order one of their products which if paying by paypal you'll have an e-mail address which is required for them to accept your paypal payment. So I opened a claim against them stating they did not send the product and the provided tracking number is not a tracking number at all especially not in the case for a UPS delivery. Guess what their response to this claim was? Right..they claimed that false UPS tracking number was "legit". 3 digits given, UPS typically requires something more like this: 1Z9999999999999999. Not something like 107 or 110.
