They refused to take back a radio that they state on their site does xm or Sirius. But they don't tell you that the radio is out of date with current satelite tuners. Bought thrun amazon and amazon wouldn't take it back either. I would study away from this scSm artist

Your professor is a liar. If anyone needs to deal with the grade issue, it is your professor, not you. You have no authority to ask for the change. Contact your professor and get him to do it for you. If he does not, you may retake the course and then sue the person for the extra amount of tuition you paid from retaking the course (you must incure damages before you can sue the person). Remember, you need to have evidence that he made a mistake on recording your grade and did not want to pursue the modification for you in order to win the case.
