I ordered new dish network service online.  I checked that I needed 2 tvs, one with HD and both with DVR service.
I know nothing about satellites and had professional installation.
After the installers left I watched tv and noticed my dvr button did nothing.
I chatted online with dish network and they said I didn't have dvr.
I told them it was a mistake and I signed up for dvr but they said too late, we need 215 dollars from you.

I signed a two year contract and they won't upgrade me to the correct receiver nor will they let me out of the contract and they screwed me over.

I have had comcast dvr for years and now I have no dvr capability for 2 years.

I am contacting the Attorney General of Florida.
