Corporate Advocacy Program™
The first bill was 59.95+ tax then for the next ten months we were billed varying amounts, none of them being anywhere near what the contract promised, I spent untold hours calling and e-mailing them to no avail. To keep it short, we were promised by supervisors,Tech people, sales people, billing departments.. not to worry they have corrected the problems!!! A TOTAL PACK OF LIES.
Current situation: I have sent one last e-mail to them asking for a complete breakdown of charges for the contracted period( I have done this on two previous occasions) Unless we receive a satisfactory response from Dish soon I will make it my business to expose there fraudulent offers to the worldwide web.
Latest: To add insult to injury we have just tried to cancel the service and find there are a multitude of holes dug for the customer to fall into.Hence we currently have the basic package + their $6 a month cancellation fee for HD!! + $5 cancellation believe it!!

POSTED: Thursday, May 01, 2008Bottom line is if you have a complaint, Mattfast1 is here to make you believe that it's never Dish Networks fault. They are shady. They allow 3rd party sellers to lie about gifts and contract prices to secure the deal. Mattfast1, shame on you. These are legitimate complaints about the company and it's practices with 3rd party contractors. Many of the complaints are legit, it's people like you that give no help.
