Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Dish Network contracted to provide us with our local channels, but for over a month we have not had our CBS affiliates. They blame the holding company, but they refuse to negotiate. They are doing this all over the southeast with both CBS and NBC. WE WANT OUR CHANNELS OR WE WON'T PAY AT ALL!!! I want to start a class action suit but don't know how.

My faced turned red( flushed) with Embarrassment for U ! No one uses "Rabbit Ears" any longer Because The TV signals are ALL in Digital Not Analog anymore! & if I was paying Directv every month they would give me what I paid for or I would not keep paying them ether! But U made a fool out of your self for not knowing about the digtial!.....It is better to be thought a FOOL, Than open your mouth & prove it.......And I just know U work for Directv!! with that brain!

Yes that is the solution to your issue. Just dont pay them. See all Im getting from your post is "waa waa". Youre complaining because you cant get the OVER THE AIR channels and you wish to not pay them for something completly out of thier control. So not only are they getting punished by the networks, but self entitled twits such as yourself are going to refuse to pay because you cant get a channel. Grow the hell up and handle your issues like a d**n adult. Exactly how stupid are you? Is it chronic or catching??
All you have to do is call your customer service dept and tell them that you are not recieving your channel and they will give you a CREDIT. Just because you have not recieved your FREE OVER THE AIR channel is no reason to not pay them. Depending on the package you chose, you have access to around 50-100 total channels. So because you did not get one channel your going to refuse to pay for ALL the channels. Like I said too funny at the sheer stupidity.
You do realize that DISH has no control over the prices that the networks charge. They have no control over forcing the networks to work with them. All of this can be avoided by getting a $6.00 pair of rabbit ears. Then you can watch your soaps and Maury for free.
You really cant fix this level of stupid..............
