I have been a Dish Network customer for almost 9 continuous years and have been more disgusted with them than ever before.  I have the 625 DVR which does not receive the HD channels I pay for, so I called them to exchange for a receiver that I could watch what I am paying for. The woman offered me a new HD dvr and said it was a $1 charge that would go back to my credit card.  Then she took it back and said no.  She transfered me to a :"specialist" who said I could buy the receiver only.

They love to take your money but refuse to give you the ability to watch what you pay for?  Seems like fraud to me.  Maybe I should look into one of those black box things to decode HD signals and watch them that way.   Very uncaring company.  I do not recommend them.  They have no respect for long term customers.  I am looking around to other providers now as well.
