Dish Network trys to sell you a service package and then it takes days for someone to come and fix the problem. how about getting my problem fixed and not worry about getting more money from me. Internet

I called for issues on my satelite not working and was told about a service plan that would save me money in the long run. and in the same instance I was told that it would be three days before they could have someone come to my residence and fix the problem. Rip offs always wanting to get more money out of you with less service.

Hello! My name is Dan Busa with DISH Social Media. I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you had getting your system repaired. This year we have been much busier than usual which has been affecting our schedule, we usually offer a 24-48 hour window of vailability. Just like Directv and as opposed to other companies we keep our costs lower by charging for service calls as they are needed, rather than adding the cost into the monthly rate.
