Dish network ehcostar I had reciever for 21 months total still working. closed account sent fedex reciever back was being charged 200.00 because first they said was dropped, then sent me to customer representitive after fi Atlanta, Georgia

well after they flipped flop me about dust particles found in reciever i stated it worked till day sent and had it packed by fed ex still have receipt. sent april 8 2011 rscieved april 10 2011 but was not billed for it untill april 26 2011 in whos wearhouse was it sitting in 21 days. and what could have happened there.dust particles after having for 19 months of course dust gathers in computers. told me well we can dropp this if u start a new instilation with us .Hmm sounds funny. then when i said still works she said well it would still work with dust particles so then why am i paying if still works. quote well u still owe us 200.00 I said I don't think so! Help me some one
